How to Measure for Athletic Apparel
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. For gym tights and shorts, check where the waistband naturally sits.
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hips and glutes to determine the best bottom fit.

Uniform fit depends on the cut, fabric density, and natural shrinkage after washing. Pure cotton uniforms may experience 3% to 5% shrinkage during initial cycles.
